A Delta New Chapter: Helping a San Francisco Couple Find Their Retirement Home

After four months of searching and touring properties, I recently helped a San Francisco couple find and purchase their retirement home in the Delta. We saw a range of homes and spent time discussing priorities, lifestyle, and the features that would make this move feel like a true transition to retirement living.

When the right property appeared, we acted quickly with a competitive offer. Despite facing two other bidders, we were able to secure the house even though our offer was lower. Winning the deal came down to strategy, timing, and presenting an offer that aligned with the sellers’ priorities as well as the buyers’ goals.

The clients are now completing small renovations and preparing to move in full time to enjoy Delta living. I’m proud to have helped them navigate this transition into the next chapter of their lives — and I’m excited they’ll be my neighbors. See you on the Delta!
